Handmade Fabric Books

This is an all day class. You can make a beautiful fabric book learning many mixed media and painting techniques along the way.
We will explore how to use fabric, paper and stitch and all kinds of trimmings and found objects to decorate your book. If you like to collect ephemera and decorative elements this will be the perfect place to use them.
You can then choose to make the book into a memory book or scrapbook by adding photos and text if you wish. We will also explore different ways of fastening your book. This class is suitable for beginners and also for advanced stitchers, so come along for a fun day of playing with fabrics and photos.
